Ellen, Bryan, Megan & Kyle welcome you to our website.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, it's been real busy (as usual). After a lot of grousing it's finally time for an update.
Not surprisingly, a lot has happened since our last installment. Megan added another candle to her birthday cake and had her braces removed. Here's a before and after look:
Ellen and Sara celebrated their birthdays as well.
The Hilbrich party animals of course turned out for the birthdays.
We had a nice little vacation up at "Club Sturdivant" in Washington. We went water skiing, and canoeing, watched a lot of Olympics and had a generally great time with our friends up there.
In a final summer fling, Bryan stopped working for a day and the whole family went to Great America.
The neighborhood still does get together, just now the kids aren't riding tricycles around anymore while we're doing it:
Ellen's nephew Rene came for a visit and we had a couple of action-packed days of fun getting to know him a bit better.
Oma Betti did get to come up and visit and spent some good times with the grandkids.
Out of all the pictures that got taken over the last few months, here"s a few of my favorites
And, of course, the kids had to go get some free candy from the neighbors.
Worthy of mention is that Ellen's dare-devil Aunt Georgia celebrated her birthday by jumping out of a perfectly good airplane. Go Aunt Georgia!
